Some pizza oven brands are wood-burner, and others on the market are gas-firing.  It's been our experience that both have a place in the market and after discussing what you hope to accomplish with such a product, we'll recommend a specific Brand to you.  The wood-burner ovens are more 'realistic', although the gas-fired ovens can achieve the same results in a faster time.
